What if this is YOUR YEAR to go?

What if this is YOUR YEAR to go?

Hi friends,

As we continue reflecting on Tumaini’s 25‑year journey of hope, one theme keeps rising to the surface: God has been faithful, and He invites us to keep stepping into the story. Over the past two weeks, we’ve shared glimpses of what a Vision Trip looks like — the voices of past travelers, the joy of meeting sponsored children, and the transformation happening in Kenya.

Today, we want to take that invitation one step further.

For some of you, a Vision Trip has been on your heart for years. Maybe you’ve wondered what it would feel like to stand in the very community you’ve prayed for. Maybe you’ve hoped for the chance to meet your sponsored child face‑to‑face. Maybe you’ve traveled before and sensed that gentle tug to return and see what God has done since you last walked those dusty roads.

If that’s you, we want to encourage you to pause and ask: What if this is your year to go?

So much has changed in Masii and communities we serve — new programs, expanded healthcare, growing schools, and families strengthened through partnership. And yet the heart of Tumaini remains the same: hope rooted in Christ, lived out through education, compassion, and community.

A Vision Trip is more than a visit. It’s a chance to witness God’s work with your own eyes, to deepen your connection to the children and families you support, and to return home with a renewed sense of purpose.

If you’re curious, exploring, or simply feeling that quiet nudge, we’d love to walk with you as you discern next steps.
