Did you know that you or your group can invite Tumaini to your events? We would love to join you to share the story of Tumaini. Over the past couple of months, a number of our partners have invited us to participate in their various activities. In every case, it was a wonderful way to stay connected with our prayer and financial supporters as well as meeting new people. In April, Justin Rudd, leader of the Community Action Team, invited us to set up a booth during his annual Touch- A -Truck annual event in Long Beach. In June, Landmark (Diamond Bar) and Parkcrest Christian (Long Beach) churches invited us during their annual missions’ weekend. In both cases, we not only had a chance to connect with our sponsors and donors but had opportunities to present more children for sponsorship. Also in June, our partners, Capital Group, hosted us (along with other non-profit organizations) in Irvine at their annual fair. This too turned out to be a wonderful opportunity to share the story of Tumaini and peer learning from organizations doing similar work in other parts of the world.

If you would like to invite us to your event, we would be more than happy to come over. This could be your place of business during lunch hour, your church during special events, Bible study or community groups, civic groups, neighborhood gatherings or other events that you would us to share the unfolding story of Tumaini.  If in-person representation is not practical or needed, we are also happy to provide literature, QR codes or branded items to share with your group.
