Thank you everyone for your prayers, wishes and financial support for this year’s Kilimanjaro climbers! Please congratulate my seven fellow climbers Jason Nate, Patrick Nate, Judy Nzeki, Carla Spradlin, Steve John, Laura Lea Sissing and Marc Sissing for successfully reaching the roof of Africa, Uhuru peak, nearly 20,000 feet elevation. I could not be happier or prouder for the team’s gallant effort and endurance to reach the roof of Africa. Unfortunately, I developed serious altitude sickness, just at 18,0000 elevation and I had to be taken back to base camp. The one thing that the eight of us will testify is that this feat was accomplished by God’s grace and not purely by human efforts. Every prayer, every wish was appreciated.
More importantly, and through your generosity, we have able to raise $48,410.02 to equip a second operation room at Tumaini Mission Hospital. We still need to raise $1,589.98 to reach our goal. This modern tele-equipped facility will save the lives of thousands of people in years to come. Kindly if you have not had a chance to donate or want to give more to close the gap, please do so TODAY so that we can get this important facility online.
Thank you again for participating in this life saving project. May the Lord continue to bless you for your tireless efforts in bringing hope to vulnerable children and communities across Kenya.
