TODAY is Giving Tuesday, we're continuing to shine a spotlight on something that has been a cornerstone of our mission from day one: Education. Since our founding, education has been one of the three pillars of our work, because we know it is the most powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty. 

This is Solomon.....one of the MANY of our bright students who just sat for his 12th grade exit exam and hopes to join university in the fall of 2025.  In this photo, Benjamin was presenting him with a geometrical set and some pens that he had asked his sponsor for when he was there for a visit in October, to use for the exams.  Please join us today as we raise $7,920 to fund educational expenses for one of these bright students.

And as we reflect on the journey of so many of our sponsored children, we’re reminded that while completing high school is a tremendous milestone, it is just the beginning of the path toward a brighter future. We are incredibly grateful to all of our child sponsors, many of whom give sacrificially year after year to ensure that their sponsored children make it through high school. But for many of these young people, high school graduation isn’t enough. They need further education—whether it’s a professional course or a four-year college degree—to secure meaningful employment or to start their own businesses. TODAY we are calling on you to help make that next step possible for one of these remarkable students.

Our goal this Giving Tuesday is to raise $7,920 to fund a student like Solomon’s four-year college program. Every $7,920 we raise will sponsor another student’s entire college education. And we need your help to reach that goal! There are over 60 qualified high school graduates like Solomon each year who are eager to pursue higher education, but our alumni fund just doesn’t have the resources to help them all. By contributing today, you can help ensure that these students don’t miss out on their chance to change the course of their lives.
