At just 13 years old, Samuel’s world changed forever. After losing his father—a devoted pastor—Samuel and his mother faced unimaginable hardship. With no income, they struggled to afford even rent, let alone school fees.

That’s when a Tumaini sponsor stepped in.

Through Tumaini International, Samuel was given the opportunity to continue his education and pursue a future beyond high school. He enrolled in a technical college to become an electrician. Fueled by determination and the gift of opportunity, Samuel not only graduated—he launched his own electrical engineering company.

But the story doesn’t end there.

When Tumaini began building the Tumaini Mission Hospital, Samuel returned—not as a recipient, but as a partner. His company helped bring these life-changing projects to life. Because of the quality of his work and his deep dedication to Tumaini, Samuel has continued to provide services for other Tumaini facilities as well.
